yea a week is too short if your trying to gain alot strength but to shock some size into the muscles i think this might work. eitherway if it doesnt work at least i was still working out and it was only for 2 month. I dont have any set routines like say for chest I just go in and pick a couple of exercises off myhead maybe DB Bench Press, Incline Barbell, Incline DB and then the next week maybe I'll start with Neutral Grip DB Bench then Flat Barbell Bench and then maybe some Cable flys. But the first week might be sets of 12 and the second week might be sets of 8 whoo knows lol should be interesting at the very least I'm gonna be soar as **** for awhle.
