Hey guys if I'm about 6'4 210 and bulking and I wanna be around 225-230.......If I'm intaking the right foods and calories..about how much time do u think ill gain all that mass?

it all takes time if you want it to be all solid muscle

i recommend taking creatine mono bcaas and some arginine to help you along the way..protein powder is also a great addition

but diet must remain #1..and resting is key!!!

if you are just starting out that could be possible in a uears time. If you have bee lifting for a while than solid muscle I would say more than a year. But like saud above dont rush it and be patient.

Also if your bodybuilding then focus on quality no matter how long it takes. A 180 lb guy ripped or at least defined will look much bigger than a 220lb guy with no definition.
