I was just thinking about bodybuilding in general and well, some things seems to always piss me off. First off, FORM is the MOST IMPORTANT thing in bodybuilding, not expensive supplements or anything like that just DO THE EXCERCISES R I G H T (correct form) ask others around in the gym how to do an excercise dont be afraid to do that. I say this bcus when I was with my personal trainer, we always used to make fun of this one guy, we named him "chunky monkey" bcus he had the same body for over 5 years. I mean all he would do is max out the weight on the triceps pressdown, and his form is like omg wtf r u doing man, and he screams for attention and then looks around if people are looking, if not he screams louder. also people who talk on the phone while in the gym. RESPECT BODYBUILDING. |
