wat do u train shoulders with? ex. back+biceps, also can you post your shoulder routine plz? i need alot of help with my dam delts =D thank you all!

I train my shoulders with my traps, IMO, there tide together and you can really hit them hard if you want.

just varied, now doing shoulders with bi's...sounds weird, and it is...but it works great for the couple weeks im doing it, again just to vary

i have two splits that i rotate and tweak every few weeks:
1) chest with shoulders (cuz you use shoulders doing pressing movements)
2) legs with shoulders (shoulders at the end of leg day, i can hit them harder this way because they really havent been used)

exercises- arnold db press, upright row, barbell shoulder press, bent over rear delt raise, side lat raises, db raises, and SHRUGS

Right now I do shoulders with traps. I was just doing a Chest/Front delt/Side delt, and Back/rear delt/traps.

I do it as chrispgh. I hit them one day alone. I do something like this

Barbell front shoulder press 4 x 6-12
barbell back shoulder press 3 x 8 - 12
lateral dumbell raise or arnold press ( is up to you) 3 x 10 - 12
upright rows 3 x 12 - 15

that is basically my shoulder routine

shoulders with calves here!

simly, one warm up set, then strait into 6+ sets of heavier ****.
