this should probably have been posted in the 'Nutrition' section, so go there and read up first. To address this more in depth your stats (height ,weight, basal metabolic rate, etc) need to be known, but high protein with good carbs and good fats - & to bulk lots more calories than typical. Also it is relatively difficult to gain muscle mass without adding bodyfat at the same time- what you do is bulk to where you are comfortable, then cut to get rid of the bodyfat.
