I need one extra exercise for my pecs.

I do:
Incline dumbell press
Kable flyes
Incline barbell press
Dumbell flyes


Which exercise shall i finish my chest day with?

No, I don't do that one. I'm having a break from bechpress now.

bench is the main mass exercise for chest...why are you having a break, why would you have a break???rather silly if you ask me

Ehm, dont know what you guys call it in english, but i've come to a level where I just cant seem to put on some more weight or reps.

^^Cosign with LBJ, you need bench for growth. It's a main staple of mass building along with Deads, Squats, and Pull-ups.

so keep benching & add more weight, a simple 123abc is all it takes
