I also just want to add that if you are doing 5 different exercises for your chest, you are doing too much.

I can usually top off my chest with 3 exercises, sometimes I will do 4.

Thanks a lot guys. Ive been increasing significantly on my flat and decline bench, but incline bench is still weak. I have been incline bench pressing but its not my favorite. Do you know any other exercises I could do for my upper chest along w. Incline BP?

If your hitting a plateau you just need to shock the muscles into growth. Try a different routine and different repping method then your used to. So if you doing a rep range of 8-12 lower it down to 4-6 for a couple weeks. Also try doing the exercises in a different order.

But getting rid of flat bench isn't the best idea. Switch it up if your using a bar on your flat bench for example use dumbells, or even a machine.

pre exhaust aswell mate will get things goin again

do 15 reps with an isolation exercise eg fly,
then superset that wiv a compound exercise wiv 15 reps of flat bench

Ok thanks alot. However, im not getting rid of flat bench. That will still be in my routine i just need to add an additional exercise for the upper pecs.

If you get rid of anything lose the Decline. It's just a big waste of time. Nothing more than an ego booster in my opinion.

I agree, but I just wanna even things out. i prefer flat bench but i do incline as well.

I prefer incline dumbell press as well, but you don't want to forget about the regular incline press on a bar... changing it up to shock the muscles is always good

You could also do incline flyes to add an extra chneg after the incline press/
