Recently one guru called Sean Nalewanyj says that musclebuilding is all about getting stronger ..stressing more the muscle with low rep ranges and another guru called Jonathan perez ,author of another e-book says that is all about maximizing lactic acid..that the more ,the better GH and IGF-1 is released ..and of course ..lifting heavy weights is a must ..

So..is it fake that "the pump" is only blood being trapped inside the muscle when oxygen is left ..or is it really hepful to build muscle mass?

The pump is absoloutly required to build muscle because thats how you get nutrients into the muscle. And muscle building isn't all about getting stronger, it's about training smart. If you watch Jay Cutlers training vids you will notice that although he uses heavy weights they are not nearly as heavy as a lot of guys train, like Ronnie Coleman.

''The pump'' is the feeling of blood being rushed into your muscles... You should stay in the 8 to 12 rep range to build muscle, but also lift heavyweights once ina while 6 to 8 reps to increase strenght.

yeah ,I recently read in a magazine that Jay Cutler says that once that he trained with Coleman ...Coleman slammed far more weight than him ..and Cutler responded to the magazine: "but im not stupid" , referring that its better to train smart ..

Talkin about training smart... lets put for example the construction workers..they dont dig with shovels or carry heavy bags until they cant lift anymore and fall dizzy to the ground ...yet some of them develop great muscles ...soo..is it necessary go to failure in every and each set ? or only casually in some set here and there like for overload the muscle and keep growth?

You dont need to train to failure on every set, yes it is good to throw a few failure sets in once in a while but you have to train until you feel like you're muscles are going to burst free from you skin becuase your pump is that good, now whether thats training to failure or just banging out 4 sets of 10 reps, which ever works for you.
