oblique crunches...the bench thats inclined that you lay on your side on it and crunch up...what you could also do is grap a plate or dumbell on one hand and stand up straight and crunch your oblique opposite from the weight

Use a medicine ball and twist from side to side with your ass on the floor using only your obliques.

I perform most if not all my ab work on the swiss ball.. top / middle and lower abs, along with side crunches.. Unbelievable workout.. not as easy as it looks but wow!!!..

I don't know how big or in what condition this guy is in, but considering the amount and the kind of questions that he's asking, I'm picturing a young, skinny guy.

A guy who seems to be worrying too much about his chest and abs, instead of putting the effort into basic exercises. Eating a lot and squatting, deadlifting, rowing, benching, pressing and chinning 3x/ week seem like a better option to me. I don't see the point of a 140-150lb guy worrying about specifically targeting his obliques.

hanging leg raises expect go side to side. Ive never had a Pump in my obliques till i did this exercise.
