If your wanting to cut you dont need to be eating any big meals at all. 5-6 small, well rounded, proportioned meals a day consisting of a good clean protein source and vegies. As far as eating foods in certain order, it doesnt matter what order you eat them in, it's just about what your eating not what order..I've heard of alot of guys eating egg whites at night..so that's no problem. Now if your dieting, when you eat your carbs and what kind of carbs matter. For example you want complex carbs pre-wo such as oatmeal, and simple carbs within an hour post-wo such as white rice or rice cakes. It really depends on what your goal is, hope this was of some help
