Depends on how intense you've trained your chest on Tuesday. If your sore Don't. You need time to recover. Training is not a means to speed to each body part. Train hard / intense.
I give myself 5 days before i hit another bodypart.
Again, I will explain this. I don't have time everyday to hit the gym like most everyone else.. But when I hit the gym "it's all F'ing business man" I'm intense/ Focused/ and mentally prepared to wage war on the muscle group. I have no time to mess around because I don't know the next time I will get the chance to hit it again.
I'm a father of 2 kids, busy life, I work 12 hour shifts...yada yada yada...
I'm not sure how old you are your information is not displayed..
My point is train hard, give yourself time to recover and you will grow.
