looks alright, I'd scrap the inclines though and do some rows or chins.

Do that 3x per week, work hard and you should do fine.

You don't have any rowing exercises for the back. Pulls ups, dumbell row.

Are you serious.........Why would you recomend to scrap inclines. This routine is way to much. He said he hits this everyotherday. Sounds like overtraining to me and hes not even hiting other muscles directly.

Canon Why are you trying to get so much done eveyother day vs focusing on a solid workout at hittimg one muscle a week mabey twice in the same week if you need to. You build muscle when in recovery not in the gym bro.

i think its good if u take out incline,.. only because 6 sets for ur chest every other day will be too much most likely

however if u substitute incline for bench one day a week it's good

i see that u don't have very much back work in there so u should add some dead lifts, rows, and/or upright rows, but it will be over-training if u continuously do this routine every other day with no rests

i would say if u do this mon, weds, fri and rest throughout weekend u will be fine, also every once in a while u should do some extra triceps and biceps work because ur gonna end up like me, i got a good core and small arms

i used to do a routine similar to this and it worked pretty good for me

just my two cents

For me incline hits to many important muscles. Not only does it isolate the upper chest but dummbell inclines have helped get that front deltoid chest connection look for me. Thats like telling some one to throw out hamstring exercises. Squat in theory hits all upper leg muscles but good luck on achieven solid legs with that. Same concept for chest.

I still want to know if he's a PL, because BB's and PL's have different routines.
