Can anybody advice me on a proper way to cook boneless skinless chicken breast.....what would you recommend? Pan frying, Grilling or anything else........?

George Forman Grill for me. Cooks fast.

I grill them, you can cook them in the oven if you want at 350, before you put them in the oven brown the chicken on the frying pan.

^Cosign. Sprinkle some onion and garlic powder with some fat-free pam on it to make it stick. Mmmm mmm

Buy them with the skin on and put them in the oven then when they are cooked take the skin off. That way they don't go dry.
