is it bad to train a body part in the morning and night in one day>? ???

It's okay to train 2 different body parts in the am and the pm. It's good if you have the time to do it, but your training shouldn't affect your job. Many pros do this.

Dont train the same body part in the same day. If your going to do a split day make sure you eat like a mofo.

naw its overtraining if you're natural, but everyone is different i guess. i tried it once and i felt too exhausted for the PM split.

To each his own. I used to do this last summer when I had no job and I'm natural. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't Layne do this as well?
