im one of those guys who want to go to the gym evryday, and i was wondering how long u guys wait to train a body part after u already did. i know you have to be patient and let your body rest, but i just want an estimate of how long i have to wait, thanks guys

well 2 days rest & a further 2 days growth, so that's train mon then again on sat...or you can get away with training fri evening if your last WO was mon morning. sorry bro but with my splits, i get very technical, lol

3 is good, but 4 is better. It all depends on what intensity you did. 4 days for high, 3 for medium.
