Strongest muscle is my back
bent over rows at 1x325
deadlift at 1x 515 ( these two are my lifts from my competition in march)

i'm quite balanced IMO, but i'd have to say my chest & my back to be the strongest...
i can bench 530lbs 1RM (on smith though)
& i can pull 2 full plates on weighted pull ups at 360lbs for 5X6

however i need to pick up my weight on deadlifts a bit, atm i'm deading 600lbs but the only problem is i can squat more than i dead

Strongest bodypart: Legs
Best exercises: Squat - 680lbs x 2

Weakest Bodypart: Chest ATM because I've got a torn pec that's not healing well.
Worst exercise: Clean and press - 335 x 2

My other weak part is my forearms, they have thickness, just not the width.

I realy dont know.I squat 415 X10,I bench 335X3 my tri are pretty strong.I do kickbacks w/ 55s Bis are pretty good too.Just started dealifting so I really dont have #s there.All this lifts are w/ me weighing about 160

Strongest: either legs or hands
- 450 squat, 660 calf raises, #3 captain of crush for 2 reps
- legs got strong from genetics and playing soccer, hands from 2 years of specialized training

Weakest: lats or biceps
- can only do 2 chins, 55lb curls (at 250bw)
- always had weak lats and I don't like training them. Been heavy all my life so never did chins as a kid. Never did any biceps work until this year.
