i'm quite balanced IMO, but i'd have to say my chest & my back to be the strongest...
i can bench 530lbs 1RM (on smith though)
& i can pull 2 full plates on weighted pull ups at 360lbs for 5X6
however i need to pick up my weight on deadlifts a bit, atm i'm deading 600lbs but the only problem is i can squat more than i dead
