i'm out with a peck tear atm, but yet my best friends, who i see atleast once a week are still like you're getting bigger bro, but yet i havn't trained once in nearly a month, i've only been doing light WOs everyday & cardio 5 times a week in my home gym. i'm on a cut now yet i still hear from ppl fuck me i can't believe it, you're still getting bigger, you must be back on the gear...2 weeks is nothing bro, in this time you can lose some strength but hardly none if not ANY mass at all. keep your head up bro, take
ZMA & glutamine to aid in quicker recovery. ALSO take BCAA to prevent muscle tissue breakdown. in the mean time see a sports therapist to see what they can do, as it can take a week, a month, or sometimes even longer depending on how big or bad it is. best thing is see a proffessional & check it out...
