MY QUESTION IS ABOUT MY HAMS. LATELY I EVALUATED MY PHYSIQUE AND DECIDED TO DEDICATE A WHOLE DAY TO MY HAMS BECAUSE THEY LOOK LIKE ALMOST NOTHING COMPARED TO MY QUADS. I JUST WANTED SOME IDEAS AS THEY SEEM TO BE A STUBBORN BODY PART FOR ME. FOR EXAMPLE, I DO 15 SETS, LYING CURLS 5 SETS, SEATED CURLS 5 SETS AND ONE LEG STANDING CURLS 5 SETS. I CAN'T DO STIFF DEADS AS I AM GOING THROUGH A REHAB PERIOD FOR MY LOWER BACK. I HAVE TRIED 12 REPS, 20 REPS, DROP SETS, PAUSE AT THE TOP OF THE REP, SLOW REPS. WHAT DO YOU PROPOSE I DO FOR THEM AND WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND TO BE THE BEST FORMULA FOR HAMS? ALSO I WANT YOUR OPINION ON SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR A WHILE. I HAVE NOTICED THAT SOMETIMES (I CAN'T BE 100% SURE THOUGH ABOUT THE NUMBER OF TIMES) THE PILLS I TAKE (CALCIUM, VITAMINS AND MINERALS) ARE NOT ABSORBED PROPERLY. HOW DO I KNOW THIS? I SEE THEM BEFORE I FLUSH SOMETIMES!!! ANY TIPS HERE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED

Have you tried to increase the intensity between sets for your hams and increase the amount of weight that you use to a lower range, like a 8-10? Or even just 8?

How quick are you raising it, pausing to hold, then bringing down?

Are you working them too many times a week? How many times?

The bioavailability for pills is low, thats why some vitamins that come with pills have more than 100 percent of the requirment for the day. If you are eating right, then you really don't have to take the pills.

How many pills are you taking a day, whats your diet like and what kind of pills are you taking?

you probably need more muscle-specific movements for Hams.. they are one of my favorite bodyarts if not my all time favorite.

still legged deadlifts, lying leg curls, lunges, squats (botom half of the movement), standing leg curls.. ohh and stretch the shit outa them too... stretch them till it hurts time and time again
