MY QUESTION IS ABOUT MY HAMS. LATELY I EVALUATED MY PHYSIQUE AND DECIDED TO DEDICATE A WHOLE DAY TO MY HAMS BECAUSE THEY LOOK LIKE ALMOST NOTHING COMPARED TO MY QUADS. I JUST WANTED SOME IDEAS AS THEY SEEM TO BE A STUBBORN BODY PART FOR ME. FOR EXAMPLE, I DO 15 SETS, LYING CURLS 5 SETS, SEATED CURLS 5 SETS AND ONE LEG STANDING CURLS 5 SETS. I CAN'T DO STIFF DEADS AS I AM GOING THROUGH A REHAB PERIOD FOR MY LOWER BACK. I HAVE TRIED 12 REPS, 20 REPS, DROP SETS, PAUSE AT THE TOP OF THE REP, SLOW REPS. WHAT DO YOU PROPOSE I DO FOR THEM AND WHAT HAVE YOU FOUND TO BE THE BEST FORMULA FOR HAMS? ALSO I WANT YOUR OPINION ON SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN BOTHERING ME FOR A WHILE. I HAVE NOTICED THAT SOMETIMES (I CAN'T BE 100% SURE THOUGH ABOUT THE NUMBER OF TIMES) THE PILLS I TAKE (CALCIUM, VITAMINS AND MINERALS) ARE NOT ABSORBED PROPERLY. HOW DO I KNOW THIS?
