focus on 3 things while cutting

I recently read an article of chris aceto that says :while ripping up ,its not necessary do cardio ,just focus on this 3 things:
*diet
*heavy training(like if it were offseason)
*boosting norepinephrine levels

and then he throws "hydrocyut harcore" for boosting
norep.. levels ,bah!

Personally..my way is to get metally focused..and when
I train with heavy metal ..I turn into a fuc**ng freak
like if I were possessed..no pills or drugs r necessary

Just wanted to say that little tiny comment ..

train hard floks ..

All you need to cut really is to diet right, through in cardio and train right.

^^Cosign. You don't need any fancy know-how, just Some tuna, egg whites, and some running shoes for the cardio.

The nervous system responds to short-term stress with norepinephrine and epinephrine (adrenaline) which increase the heart rate and blood pressure. They also cause other actions within the body that prepare a person for a stressful situation. All of these chemical actions in the brain are responsible for launching a person into their natural defense mode (Fight or Flight).

In other words...be a maniac when training ! heavy weights go go go !..less rest between sets and things like that
