The vacuum pose involves the abdominal muscles, which in other words is "Stomach Abs" Abs, if I'm not mistaken derive their name from the
Rectus Abdominis, which contains the roots of Abdomen, or in other words, the torso, which house the abdominal muscles and obliques along with the serratus.
