Has anyone seen the Flex Wheeler shoulder workout? The second to last exercise to hit the frontal heads is like an Upright Row but with more swing out to the front. Almost keeping his arms at a 90 degree angle he raises the weight to his upper chest but out more than close to the body. Has anyone tried this and noticed it's effectiveness more than strict upright rows close to the body? The link is here:

pretty much the same as an up right row, it will hit the front delts and traps

Great man, great bodybuilder. The excercise is called a posture row, I believe.
