i was going to try them. but you gotta really work up to them every week. and add a rep and set per week or something like that. and i think your only supposed to do one lift that day like bench press. dont add incline or anything else. im pretty sure anyways.

week1: 4 sets of 4
week2: 5 sets of 5
week3: 6 sets of 6
week4: 7 sets of 7
week5: 8 sets of 8

i think its along those lines

I do this with arms sometimes. And I'm taped off at 21 inches cold.

I have been doing 10x10's over the last year. Light to moderate weight, 30-45 sec rest in between sets. yesterday I did shoulders and arms trisets 10x10 per exercise and repeat with another triset. On of the best workouts in a long time. It's similar to the old circut training days.

There is no reason to work up to 10 x 10.

Just grab 60%-65% of your 1RM and dive in.
Rest between sets must be kept low, absolutely no more than 60 seconds!

Results are quite good, especially if you have been doing low volume workouts previously. I gained both size and strength over two months.

^^Cosign. You can do a 10 x 10 even if it's at the start of a workout session after warm-up.
