getting ripped

how can u look ripped?? do u do the same workout?? i always thought u do high reps with low weights to look ripped.

in order to get ripped..you need to get your diet in check

what does your diet look like..because in order to get shreaded and ultra lean..you need to have a solid diet.

That's the prob man, it wouldn't matter if you did 50 reps per exercise it's not gonna do a bit of good if you don't diet. When getting "ripped" diet is just as if not more important than training is. If you want to look like a champion you need to eat and train like a champion.

i dont even call it a diet in anymore, i call it the way i eat because ive been doing it for the past two months lol

Eat good clean healthy non processed foods 6 to 8 times a day and get your bmr checked then start from there cutting out calories and doing cardo.. we need your stats and your food intake to make better corrections to help you bro.
