i personally love tricep press ( skull crushers )
Do heavy weights low reps with skull crushers
but build up don't go straight to heavy weights.

Reverse pull downs i personally do not like them
that much but if you want variety go for it.

dips is one i never can do because i still cant do
one but i was told it was a really good work out
for tricep and chest.

push downs are great make sure you do a good
extension and don't exaggerate in weight in this
one because your going to end up feeling it in your
muscles.

Also a other good work out is a tricep kick back
remember to keep your back parallel and dont
swing the weight keep it in control.

hows this for the ultimate tricep workout

1 set of tricep pushdowns as a warm up.. 15 reps
3 sets of dips, preferably get 8 reps, no more no less.
3 sets of close grip bench presses, 6-12 reps. do not go higher than 12, in fact prolly stick with 11 or 10.
2-3 sets of skull crushers. do these to 12 reps

I think mygeeto hit it on the head,,

1. dips ( weight if you can) if not use your body weight and move up.

2. Close grip bench press

3. Skull crushers, ( work up to the heavy ones) your elbows are going to take a beating on them.

4. Tricep extensions, I use the rope to get some burns out of my tris at the end..

Chris

Yep, if your bench press and shoulder press are increasing this will also increase your tricep strenth.

My favourite exercise specific for the triceps would be tricep push downs with a rope.
