i got a question on where to start your physique...
i got some fat i'll admit that so do i start building mass and then cut or cut then build???

What is your body fat percentage and how much do you weigh? I think it would be better for you to cut first then to bulk.

For me, I feel much stronger when I have cut fat.

idk too high right now i'm 240...i was bulking for football
but i don't be this big
my plan right now is to train till i'm 18 then try competing

yea lift hard for a month or two. then work on cutting slowly so you dont lose a ton of strength unless your in a hurry. then run alot haha. but take it slow and easy. diet pills are lame. good luck man.
