i train twice a day, most days...

this is currently how i train, plus cardio before each session;

monday - once in the evening
tues - twice am & pm
wed - twice am & pm
thu - OFF off OFF off
fri - twice am & pm
sat - am
sun - pm

more purpose for me to eat more to gain bigger numbers. it depends how or what you are doing.

so for example on tuesday, i'll be training twice, i will train tri's in the morning to fatigued them like a bitch, so then when i WO chest in the evening it'll be mainly my chest muscles doing all the work. i seem to grow quicker by doing this routine, so if you have the time, try it for a month

i dont recomend it. especially if you dont know what you are wanting to do or actually doing. LBJ knows what hes doing. and knows his body can handle it well. my body on the other hand cant do it all all. for some odd reason. try it out and see what happens but give it atleast 3 weeks. cause obviously your body wont handle it well for the first 3 weeks or so.
