Hey guys i wanna start to cut I wanna see the muscle def....and well tell me if this diet is good for cutting....

egg whites.....8
vegtables-2cans

ham-
bannana-3

protien shake-1
corn-1can

Will that make me loose musle or its that good enough so i can get cut.

my brother went on the diet i'm about to show you and he lost alot of weight and became alot more defined..he thought he would never be able to but he did

6:45 am
-4 egg whites(no yoke)
- 1/2 cup of oatmeal(frozen berries)
-fish oil

9:00am
-1 chicken breast
-1 brocolli

11:00am
- hand full of almonds
-tuna

1:00pm
-1 chicken breast
- asparagus

3:00pm
- tuna
-1 cup of spinach

6:00pm
-workout

7:30pm
40g of whey isalate protein

8:30pm
40g of whey protein

9:30pm
-4 egg whites
- fish oil

try it out bro and let me kno if it works out for you

good luck

^^^^ thats more like it.

Adjust the amounts of each food to fit your weight. (i.e. protein to give 1 - 1.5 g per lbs of body weight a day etc)

Look at layne norton's stick in the nutrition section to find out about how much fat & carbs you should be getting for your weight & body type.
