Is lifting weights monday,tueday, thursday and friday good..................wendsday i wanna do cardio like taebo Is that a good way to get cut or do i need more cardio?

if you wanna cut down you should do cardio everyday before workout

you can't just diet whithout cardio..you'll lose abit of weight but if you run before workout for 20 mins on a treadmill you'll alot better results.
