Yo bros, just wondering about the 5 x 5 system. How many exercises should I do per muscle group since I am going heavier than usual? Any tips or references to other posts will be helpful and greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

When using 5x5 typically you only use that rep range on the big movements and keep assistance movements in the normal BB range.

E.g. you might squat 5x5, but do 3 sets of 8-12 for hamstring curls, lunges, etc.
