as i am looking at getting wider, would it be a god idea to train my back more days in a row and give it less rest or train less and give my back more time to recouperate? i curently only train my back with my biceps once a week

if you want to get a wider frame...u dont have to work your back more oftenly,,if you work your back too much you'll over train it..making it almost impossible to get any gains..if u want to get wider just do shoulder presses. shoulders make a big factor of getting you wider

Lats bro... Cat stress that enough. Pull ups and pull downs will start to widen your back. If you can train back twice a week then to me thats sound like your not hitting it hard enough. Start to incorporate powerlifting movements like deadlifts. That will give your lower back thickness and workout a shit load of other muscles. Whats your routine for back right now?

never train the same bodypart two days in a row - this is really stupid as you will be so fatigued from the previous days training if you hit it hard enough. Back is a large bodypart so i say just keep to training it once a week and you get the best results from that. just hit it HARD!!

Nice bro hey you might get sore tommorow from the lower back muscle from going heavy on bent over rows. Make sure you keep stretching that muscle. I know this sounds weird but to stretch the lower back muscle correctly it should feel like the lower back muscle is connected to your gluts. One way to get a goos stretch is to lay down and take one leg and put it over the other so that you have your as side ways as you are felxable. Then pull you leg towards your chest.
