i do every sort of bicep exersize imaginable.. but not in the same work out
im a big favorite of doing it the Mike Matarazo way.. you might here me talk about him a bit.. sure he aint the best bodybuilder but im probably more capable of getting a body like his than anyone elses, so..
do dumbbell curls, lifting with both arms... when you cant lift both arms at the same time, do alternates. when you cant lift no more have a break
then do the same thing with hammer curls. double, single, rest. easy
so that alone is 4 sets for the biceps.
then i move on to do one arm side ways preacher curls, Larry Scott who also has huge arms does these ones too!
