ive been working the 3 day split below for a while now

Session 1: back and tris

Session 2: chest and bis

Session 3: shoulders and legs

my workouts are generally over an hour and ive read that anything over an hour is pointless as your testostorone levels start to decrease aftaer an hour.

so i want to change to a 4 or 5 day split.

what do you guys recommend

Mondays and Thursdays - Back, Biceps and Forearms
Tuesdays and Fridays - Lower back and Legs
Wednesdays and Saturdays - Shoulders, Triceps and Chest

I know this is excessive but let me just point out that I don't do this much that often. Usually I just work the muscles once a week, like Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Oh and I do Abs whichever 3 days I feel like it, but never 2 or 3 days in a row.
