hey guys..this has been my routine for bout a few weeks now..its been working out pretty good for me..but wanted to know if i should do anything to improve it..open to any suggestions

MONDAY
Shoulders and Traps
Shoulder press with dumbells 4 sets of 10
Lateral raises 4 sets of 10
Reverse pec deck 4 sets of 10
Dumbbell front raises 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure
Barbell shrugs 4 sets of 10
Shrugs on machine 4 sets of 10
Close grip barbell upright rows 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure

TUESDAY
Biceps and Triceps
Standing dumbbell curls 4 sets of 10
Seated preacher curl 4 sets of 10
Standing curls with EZ bar 4 sets of 10
Hammer curls 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure
Close grip barbell press 4 sets of 10
Dips 4 sets of 10
Skullcrushers 4 sets of 10
Seated Overhead Extensions 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure

WEDNESDAY
Chest
Bench press 4 sets of 10
Flys 4 sets of 10
Incline bench press 4 sets of 10
Dumbbel press 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure

THURSDAY
Legs and Calves
Leg press 4 sets of 10
Squats 4 sets of 10
Leg extensions 4 sets of 10
Leg curls 4 sets of 10
Standing leg curls 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure
Calf raises on leg press 4 sets of 10
Standing calf raises 4 sets of 10
Seated calf raises 4 sets of 10

FRIDAY
Back
T-Bar rows 4 sets of 10
Deadlifts 4 sets of 10
Wide grip leverage row machine 4 sets of 10
Pulldowns 4 sets of 10
Seated Cable rows 1 set of 10 then 1 set to failure

SATURDAY & SUNDAY
Rest and Cardio



so ye thats about it . Any help would be appreciated..Thanks guys

Not the way I train, but if it's been working well for you then you may as well stick with it until it stops working.

i usually do chest and tri's together and back and bi's together..but this way i i can lift more for bi's and tri's and train them for longer

not a bad workout if thats how you wonna do it. Only thing i would say is get rid of leg extensions for the time being, add them in time if you want to. Also only do 2 exercises for calves

IMO it's not a good idea to train tri's before you do chest..I would suggest switching tues and weds workouts, other than that looks good
