to lose fat cut down on sugar and chocolate and foods like that, some people dont even train their abs, they just rely on their diet

train your abs (loads of exercises), do a lot of cardio, eat good clean food, don't eat too many carbs (especially late at night)

Train your abs just like any other muscle. When you get to the lower numbers in body fat your abs will show, but you need to train them.

The abdomal exercises are to strenthen the muscles. If you want them to show you have to diet (eat less calories) in order to loose bodyfat. Aim to loose about 2lbs a week.

diet and cardio..try not 2 eet high carb foods and foods that have any fat content at ll after around 6pm or basicallya t night because your body will not use these as much as during the day obviously beacuse in the morning w.e you eat will be used throughout the whole day but at night thers not much to use it on so it turns into fat
