I feel its time for a new back workout, currently iv been doing:

Deadlifts: 4 sets
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets
Then either t-bar row, cable row, dumbell row, barbell row. I change it every week

So i was just wondering if any of you guys have a particluar back workout you feel has worked well for you in the past. Im open to any suggestions, the only thing i will say is i want to keep deadlifts in and keep them as the first exercise i do

Thanks

Pull-ups
Bent Over BB Row
Close Grip Pulldowns
DB Rows

-These are my favorite back excersizes (especially Bent Over BB Rows)

My favorite that I've used was:

Deadlifts: working up to 3x3, usually ~7-8 sets
High Pulls: 5 sets of 5
Seated Row: 3 sets of 8-10
Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 8-10
bent over laterals: 3 sets of 10
hammer curls: 3-4 sets of 8-10

The style of deadlifting rotates every 2 weeks. I.e. weeks 1+2 are off the floor, week 3+4 are from 18", weeks 5+6 are done standing on plates.

I really like the idea of working rear delts in a back workout, since they already get some work from rows.
