i still haven't used my shirt since i got it...all my lifts are raw. spend more time training raw, don't rely on shirted & geared lifts too much unless you wanna do powerlifting...you can possibly add 100lbs easily to your flat bench, but still, TAke it easy & work up to it...GEt a SPotter or 2 if you're planning on lifting heavy shirted
