overhead extentions v.s. lying skullcrushers

which one would be best for adding mass to the arms?

i usually alternate them each week..but i wanted to know if one would be better then the other

I like them both. Skull crushers I usually like more because of the forearm involvment.

rotate. Both really good. I think the overhead isolates a little better but you can really kill your tris with skul crushers.

overhead extensions are more for mass because oof the weight you can use, go light on skullcrushers and use perfect form to get a real burning for that horseshoe cut

the tricep is made up of 2 as in two separate muscles and in order to hit them both you must do skull crushers and overhead extentions (I do them standing-to hit the equalizer muscles too) 1 db and 1 arm at a time..usualy with 50 lb db ..I do skulls with 2 plates each side (45 & 25)...actually you should do narrow grip presses 1st with same weight then the skulls and then the overhead ext followed by V bar pulldowns.....thankyou..
