
the tricep is made up of 2 as in two separate muscles and in order to hit them both you must do skull crushers and overhead extentions (I do them standing-to hit the equalizer muscles too) 1 db and 1 arm at a time..usualy with 50 lb db ..I do skulls with 2 plates each side (45 & 25)...actually you should do narrow grip presses 1st with same weight then the skulls and then the overhead ext followed by V bar pulldowns.....thankyou..
