im trying to get big
i workout 3x a week- mon,wed,fri
in the gym for about 1 hr
this is the order i do it in for my upper body
seated row 3x8
lat pulldown 3x8
tricep extension 3x8
hammer curl 3x8
tricep pulldown 3x8
preacher curl 3x8
reverse tri pulldown 3x8
bicep curl 3x8
shoulder press 3x8
bench 3x8
(sometimes seated dips 1xtill failure)
rest about 30sec-1min each set
is this good or no??? i dont like the idea of split rotine so if anyone has a full body workout tell me and if the order of the excercise matter..?? |
