Hi everyone i am a new member. but have been reading on here for about a year.
I need help gaining more mass in my arms for the most part. heres my workout.

Monday.-Chest
Flat Bench Press- 3 sets of 8
Incline flys-3 sets of 8
Incline Press-3 sets of 8
Decline 3 sets of 8
A burnout set on the press machine

Tuesday-Back and Tris
Row machine -3 sets of 8
Lat Pulldown-4 sets of 8
Bent over rows-3 sets of 8
Close grip bench press-3 sets of 8
Reverse grip on bench press bar-3 sets of 8
Skullcrushers-3 sets of 8
kick backs-3 sets of 8
Dips-3 sets of 8-10

Wednesday-Bi's
Straightbar-3 sets of 8
dumbbell curls-3 sets of 8
Preacher-3 sets of -10
hammers-3 sets of 8

Thursday-Legs and Shoulders
Squats
Leg extension machine
Half squat machine
calf raises
Military press
other shoulder exercises dont know the names haha everything is 3 sets of 8 ..

Friday-Tris
same tri work out

Sat-bis
same bi workout

Also..every exercise is not in the same order every week..
Please tell me if im over training my arms..they dont feel sore when its time to do them again. but they dont seem to be growing ..HELP

arms are hard to grow, mabye considering giving your arms a rest every 3 or 4 days. But post your diet.

your doing 5 differnt exercises for your triceps on tueday then on friday this is way too much. Cut it down to at most 3 exercises per workout if you want to train them twice a week. However, what i would suggest doing is only training your triceps once a week, train them on a seperate day along with biceps. See how this works because just thinking more is better will get you knowhere
