I just wanna tell you that after 4sets of 8reps at 170kg,I said to myself "I have to do as many reps as I can with 100kg"..so I started..The first 10were easy,from 10 to 20 it was hard,then I began to run out of oxigen but still I could reach 30,after 30 it was a real pain in the ass..I could hardly get up with the bar..I said to myself at each rep "it's me or the fuckin plates"...I ended up doin 37reps...and i swear to you guys I puked,and continued with my training session...but it felt so good,I felt so
powerfull..I just had to tell you this story...probably it will be hard for me to stay on the shitter tomorrow,but I don't care...thanks for your time...ohhh my fuckin legs....
