Hey, I always heard going in the bench order of Flat,Incline,Decline was proper but my multibench has to be adjusted for incline bench, So i was wondering if i could do Flat,Decline then do incline and somedays mix it up going from Incline to Decline? i just dont want to do inclines second unless i have a spot because it takes more time to adjust it and i rather stay in the "pumped mood".

all of the bench's are important. switch it up like you thought might work declines work well on the lower pecs more near your arm pit and raise those out. so when your lifting your middle pec's. i.e. flat bench press the whole lower pec gets brought out.

I agree decline is not a must have . For me I find that my incline and flat bench stregnth is different. I could burn out on flat and still fill good on incline but when I hit decline I have hade my armas fail on me. Depems on you though. I would say that eventualy you should rotate every possible way.
