Hey gusy
just switched to a new gym due to financial issues
and it is just fine except when it comes to leg training
there is no leg extension machine and the leg curl machine kinda weird and it has a 10 cm range of motion

also there is no decline bench so the lying dumbell curls is out and also there is no standing leg curls

All i have got is a squat rack ( thank god ) and a leg press machine

I know thats not a lot of options but can someone tell me howa am I supposed to train legs this way ?

I made this routine according to the available equipment

5 squats
4 leg press
4 front squats
4 SLDL
4 seated calve raises .

Please give me some advice on that

I don't like leg extensions or curls anyway, so I don't see a problem. As long as you have a squat rack and a calve machine you've got what you need.

It'd be annoying not having a ham curl machine, but you can probably do without the leg extension.

That routine looks killer, there's no way I could handle back squats, front squats and leg press in the same session. If you can handle the volume, looks fine to me.

When your on the leg press try changing up your foot placment.feet together then about 8inches apart then all the way to the outside do this slow and heavy no breaks until your set is done aprox 24 reps (that for me you adjust for yourself)I cant get a tight fitting jean on after this leg workout!

Yeah heather's got a good suggestion there,, nice call heather..

I do walking lunges with a 30 # db's in my hand and walk the lenght of the gym with them once up, stop and back.. OMG im dead but I feel really good..

I do them along with the power rack maching,, leg press machine and burns on your typical squat..

Chris
