I know that cutting is all about Diet, Diet , Diet! and alot of cardio. But is there anyone who can tell me what and when to eat? Any specific food or time I should eat? I am about 6'1 and 210lbs. I want to hit about 195 and lose that fat? Any suggestions?

i done NO CArbs for 4 weeks...just egg whites & meat, BOY DID I DRY UP, lol...felt like shit but it was worth it in the end, that was a cheat meal well deserved after that IMO...chinese buffet i had, lol

Morning: I eat a bowl of oatmeal and have a protein shake.

Lunch : I eat a turkey breat bowl of fruit and a shake.

Dinner: I eat rare steak Veg of some sort. And a shake before bed.

On workout days I have a creatine drink in the moring after a workout.
