Problem With Biceps

I was hoping some of you guys could help me.

Whenever I'm lifting I can never do as many reps with my left arm, it must be quite a lot weaker. The problem is, I want both my arms of equal strength but I want them both bigger, if I keep working out my right arms gonna get bigger than my left, if you get me?

Also, what workout would you say is best for the biceps and would give you the best pump and quickest results. My biceps are getting bigger but the muscles are really round and defined, I would like chunkier muscls and bigger arms overall.

Any help would be great,

Undertrain the right one a little and use heavier weights with lower reps on the left one. The strength should catch up without much of a size difference forming.

You can use curls, preacher curls, biceps pretty much only have curls and act as assisting muscles.

Use dumbells. If you are training one arm at a time start with the weakest arm and do the same number of reps with both arms.

dude its life no one is perfectly symetrical no matter how hard they try. my left bi is 1/4 inch bigger then my right. always has been always will be. Unless your competing at a high level dont worry about it just lift hard and heavy

also something to add, biceps don't determine the whole size of your arms...it's mainly your tri's that make your arms appear bigger, not the bi's...

Just train like you normally do but start with the left arm first that way if you get 10 reps with it you know to stop at 10 reps with the right arm. I dont know why you would keep going with your right arm.......

cosign your tri's fill up your shirt not your bi's...well not unless you walk around doing front double bi's all day
