I was hoping some of you guys could help me.
Whenever I'm lifting I can never do as many reps with my left arm, it must be quite a lot weaker. The problem is, I want both my arms of equal strength but I want them both bigger, if I keep working out my right arms gonna get bigger than my left, if you get me?
Also, what workout would you say is best for the biceps and would give you the best pump and quickest results. My biceps are getting bigger but the muscles are really round and defined, I would like chunkier muscls and bigger arms overall.
