I just starting a new arm workout..tell me what u guys think

Standing dumbell curls 4 sets 8-12 reps + dropset
Seated preacher curl with EZ bar 4 sets 8-12 reps + dropset
Standing curl with EZ bar 4 sets 8-12 reps + dropset
Standing Hammer curls 4 sets 8-12 reps + dropset

Seated One Arm Overhead Extensions 4 sets 8-12 reps
Pushdowns on Cable Crossover Machine with V shaped grip 4 sets 8-12 reps
Pushdowns on Cable Crossover Machine with bar grip 4 sets 8-12 reps
Close grip Barbell Press 4 sets 8-12 reps

so ye that concludes my arm day..what do u guys think? any suggestions would be great. Thanks guys

I think you are over training your bi's also your doing two pushdowns that are pretty much the same exercise. get rid of one. and do some dips instead.

the reason y i do two pushdown is cuz each grip u have works ur tricep differently and im doing it with 2 grips so its like two different parts of my triceps being worked out

no i understand that but using an ez-curl for press down or a flat bar basicly works out the same. Also dip and skull crusher are proly the best mass building exercise for tris. Dips give you a nice horse shoe look. IMO dips and crushers are mandatory in a tri workout

so i should replace one of the pushdowns and add skull crushers and dips..or should i get rid of both?

If you looking for mass I would say do this

dips (weighted is possible) 10x3
close grip bench 10x3
crusher 10x3

Then optional 1 of the following.
kick backs
rope press downs
bench dips

with the last exercise I would do 10x1 then 1 set to failure and your done.
