Do any of you guys start shaking or get cramp when your lifting, normally towards the end of my sets I start to shake quite a bit and get cramp in my legs.

Do you know what may be causing this and if I can stop?

Thanks guys :)

Im not sure what the shaking is from but I know cramping is from lack of potassium. Try eating a banana before you workout

Yeah also are you taking creating. That will make you cramp like a beeatch if your not drinking enough water. The shaking may indicate your going hard core or your lacking carbs some sort of energy source and your body is getting weak at the end of your exercise.

i shake sometime when i am doing tricep press downs. because I am lifting heavy weight and it is a lot of tension on your abbs to keep you body in the proper position. so sometime it will cause me to shake. as far as cramps I agree with you teamorbit. you might not be getting enough water with your creatine. The only time I cramp is doing cardio in the am.

Even off of creatine you should aim for at least a gallon.

Off or on creatine I drink 2 gallons. It carves appetite and I never get dehydrated. So I piss for a long time.

You also have to make sure your pre workout meal is good enough. When i'm running on zero, I shake.

Also what are the best foods to eat thatare high in potassium?
