I have NEVER been so frustrated with a muscle group as i am with my
chest these days. IT WILL NOT GROW. My left one feels flat compared to the right, and i need to know how to even them out, and get them to start growing. VERY frustrated, need help.
Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

My routine at the moment is:

Flat Bench
Incline Dbll.
Dbll Flys
Pull Overs
Hammer Strength Flat

instead of doing both barbel and db... do all bb workout for chest like

flat bb bench
incline bb bench
dips or flys (dips are better)

then the next week switch to Dumbbels...

also remember your triceps and delts get worked training chest... so try and keep those workouts 2-3 days apart.

its trial and error... dont just try one thing ... try everything!

im still tryin new things.... i think it took Jay Cutler a good 5 or so years for him to find out what really worked for him.

an excersise i really like is dumbell flat bench, but with one dumbell only. work each side seperatly and keep the hand you are not using on your chest. this builds up stabalizer muscles and will even out your chest if one side is bigger/stronger than the other

Im a huge fan of dumbells, and shocks such as dumbell static holds and fascia stretches.

theres no such thing as upper or middle chest... when you do either incline, flat or decline you work your chest as a whole.

IMO .. always start with incline as a first exersice for chest .. it's a fundmental exersice for chest and also fulling the upper part of chest make it better .. i prefer dumbells for that .. it make each muscle work individually and it gave you full range of motion rather than the barbells

The best advice is just keep lifting... Maybe doing dumbbels..

agreed.. Practice makes perfect

As the pecs get bigger, they'll even out.

I asked the same thing on another board
all I got was that it`s the same as flat
It ain`t
I have found I can go heavier with it...not sure why I can do more with it than I can with flat ..but who cares
I love it ... more variety ... always good
