Can sumone give me an example of a good diet,and why do they say not to run when trying to burn fat. Then what kinda cardio should I do?

you can run, just do it on non training days, or do it on smaller muscle grps.

On the other big days do a fast walk on an uphill, or slow bike.

a little faster than walking but not running. A good diet consists of low to non fat foods and depending on the diet..theres many...mine consists of low carbs and high protein with 8 meals a day with nothing but chicken and fish
