My PERFECT workout routine....maybe?

Heres my weekly training routine, I'm a beginner so let me know if its all ok, I've been researching a lot into the routine and my diet (in the nutrition section) and think I have come up with a pretty good routine!

Here it goes:

WORKOUT:

Monday: Abs, Triceps, Chest
Tuesday: Legs, Obloquies (Quad Focused Workout
Wednesday: Cardio (Skipping or jogging)
Thursday: Back, Biceps, Abs
Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Forearms
Saturday: Legs, Calves
Sunday: Rest

not bad! On Tuesday you say triceps and chest, which i am presuming by the order you have written you are going to train triceps first. Don't do this train your chest first and your triceps second because if you train your triceps first you will find your a lot weaker on chest than what you would normally be. Also you have two leg days, one being quad focused. Don't be too fancy with your leg workouts to start off with, you dont need to split it up into quad and hamstrings. After a while of training if you feel that you would like to split then try it, but to start off with id suggest one leg day hitting all the leg.
