Heres my weekly training routine, I'm a beginner so let me know if its all ok, I've been researching a lot into the routine and my diet (in the nutrition section) and think I have come up with a pretty good routine!
Here it goes:
WORKOUT:
Monday: Abs, Triceps, Chest
Tuesday: Legs, Obloquies (Quad Focused Workout
Wednesday: Cardio (Skipping or jogging)
Thursday: Back, Biceps, Abs
Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Forearms
Saturday: Legs, Calves
Sunday: Rest |
