I posted before about training in the morning before working construction. I have been trying to train after work, but I have found myself way too tired to lift anywhere near my maximum performance. So I am going back to training in the morning. If I wake up at 2:30am to eat a meal, then back to sleep, wake up at 4:00 and I am at the gym by 4:30. The only problem is training legs. Do you guys think I would be loosing too much muscle if I trained my legs during the week before working?

How long do you work. Could you not rest a couple of hours after work and then train.

If you find yourself tired alot why not try doing a basic full body routine consisting mainly of compound exercises.

Dude your eating to close to the time you wake up. By the time your done eating and get back to sleep you might as well stay up because you wont get back into the same REM state. That would be like taking a nap. If anything you will wake up more tired.

I would wake up at 3:30 and down a shake and oatmeal or some wheat bread and byt the time you hit the gym at 430 you should be OK. And then feed the body after your workout.
